This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We do not collect any Personal Data through the App. By using the Service, You agree to the secure login and access of data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions.

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service using your university ID.
  • Application refers to USEK Official, the mobile app provided by the Company.
  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to EITS USEK, Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Kaslik Street, PO Box 446, Jounieh, Lebanon.
  • Country refers to: Lebanon
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or tablet.
  • Personal Data refers to information already held by USEK, not collected via the App.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • You means the individual accessing the Service, including students under the age of 18.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Personal Data

USEK Official does not collect any new personal data. All necessary personal information is already maintained by the University as part of the academic records.

Login and Usage Data

Login is secured using your university-issued credentials. No third-party tools or analytics are used. The app does not track or store usage data outside of internal authentication systems.

Security & Privacy

Use of Your Personal Data

We do not use or share personal data through the App. The App only provides access to academic services using existing university systems.

Children’s Privacy

Users under 18 are allowed to use the App. However, no personal data is collected through the App itself.

International Use

The App is available worldwide. Data access is handled according to internal policies of Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon.

Security

We take reasonable steps to secure access to the App through university login systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
